Hezlet Hacienda

The Hezlet Hacienda depicts a new contemporary take on the Mediterranean style home taking on a blend of Spanish and Italianate detailing. Utilising a mix of traditional Italianate construction methodologies with Spanish materiality we’ve created a design that reflects the ever-expanding diversity of cultures and adaptive Architectural landscape of Australia. As Architects that are faced with a new frontier of design and shifting Architectural trends, we seek to create designs that transcends the test of time blending the old and the new into homes that will be adored by their owners and future inheritors for generations to come.

The use of Spanish barrel tile roofing intertwined with detailed doric arches blended with a soft cream render finish incapsulates the stunning Mediterranean style home. Enhanced by the warm cream sandstone façade and crazy pave flooring Hezlet is a perfect balance of Mediterranean inspired design and contemporary Australian Architecture. The material selection exudes warmth and radiance reflecting the warm Australian climate while shining amongst the homes on the glistening shoreline.
